Order Processing

  • All orders are verified, packed, and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours of order placement (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Tamil Nadu & South India: 2 to 4 business days.

  • Rest of India: 4 to 7 business days.

(Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally vary due to external courier delays, extreme weather conditions, or festive surges.)

Payment Mode (Prepaid Only)

  • We operate exclusively on 100% secure online prepaid payments (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking via Razorpay).

  • We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Applicable on all orders above ₹999 across India.

  • Standard Shipping: A flat shipping fee applies to all orders below ₹999, calculated and displayed transparently at checkout.

  • Once your shipment is handed over to our logistics partner (Shiprocket), you will automatically receive a real-time tracking link via SMS, WhatsApp, and Email with your AWB tracking number.
